Kitchen Fire Suppression System
The Concelo Kitchen Suppression System is a U/L listed and approved safety System and comes with the state of the art safety equipments conforming to highest International Standards.The Concelo KSS supports Hood wise detection activations only in the hood where the fire has occurred and not in the entire kitchen thus allowing only partial and minimal down time.
Central Notification Hooters with Strobe lights are provided as standard to sound an audio-visual alarm and alert the security and staff incase of a leak.

LPG Gas Leak Detection System
The Concelo Leak Detection System (L.D.S) comprises of the latest in Point IR technology for a better and faster response over the normally used Catalytic Combustion sensors.The L.D.S transmitters even when located and spread in the vicinity of 5-6 feet from the LPG outlets which connects to the burner can detect leakages.
There is an optional Gas Shutoff Vales (GSV) support to stop the flow and movement of LPG gas incase of a leak.
System integration & Real-time System Control
Incase of a a Gas Leak only the localized Audio-Visual Alarm will go off and Gas Shutoff Vale will be actuated.An O/P signal will be intern sent to the Panel of the Exhaust and Fresh Air of the concerned kitchen and supply to the same will be cut off and system turned off.Incase of a Fire the Fire Suppression system of the area affected will be activated and GSV will be actuated and flow of gas will be cut off. Simultaneously an Audo visual alarm will be activated. Simultaneously the Kitchen Exhaust and Fresh Air System will be turned via an ouput signal.
In Short all 3 primary services related to Safety will be strongly connected to each other.
